Regular sweeping with an anti-static push broom to rid the floor of dirt and dust along with a weekly tack wash and annual maintenance program will restore grip and lustre to your floor prolonging the life of your investment.
SSS offers three standards of maintenance programs.
GOLD. Yearly.
You are contacted on an annual basis for your requirements.
PLATINUM. 3 Yearly.
We supply a fixed price for the 3 year term. You chose when you want the work done. And each year we automatically carry out the work at that time.
DIAMOND 5 Yearly.
As for the Platinum Contract but with a fixed price for 5 years.
THE SCOPE OF WORK INCLUDES:
- Wash whole floor.
- Screen disc total floor area.
- Vacuum Floor.
- Tack mop full floor for final clean
- Apply 1 coat of Polyurethane.
- Clean up.
